What you are buying
A monthly subscription to AtomicMD, software that helps you write your clinical notes and prepare your billing to the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec. AtomicMD provides no care, no medical advice and no diagnosis: you review and approve everything it produces.
Pricing
$495 per month, plus taxes. The price is in Canadian dollars. Our tax registration numbers appear on every invoice.
The trial
The first thirty days are free. Your card is saved at sign-up, and nothing is charged before the end of the trial. We write to you three days before.
Payment
The charge is monthly, on the saved card, on the anniversary date of the end of your trial. An invoice is emailed to you with each charge. Payments are processed by Stripe; AtomicMD keeps no card number.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, from My account. The subscription continues until the end of the period already paid, then stops. No cancellation fee.
A declined payment
If a charge is declined, Stripe retries for a few days. In the meantime, your charts, your documents and the export of your data remain accessible; dictation and analysis are paused until the invoice is settled. Your session is never cut off.
Your data
These terms of sale change nothing about the protection of your data, described in the privacy policy, nor about the terms of use, which remain the same whether you are a subscriber or not.
